What "gas-ready" means — engineered vents built into the cabin
The gas variant ships with wooden louvre vents at the FinSteam-specified sizes built in: intake ≥350 cm² low next to the heater (fresh air from outside), exhaust ≥250 cm² high in the opposite corner (discharged to outside). FinSteam exclude plastic disc / twist valves. Vent + heater certified together under EU Reg 2016/426. Electric/wood-fired variants ship with the appropriate vent set for that heat type.

The 2.4m cube extends the entry cube format to a 2.35m main room + 0.4m covered porch — the standard 4-6 person cube with practical covered transition space at the door. Same 44mm Scandinavian spruce walls + alder benches + 8mm tempered glass as the rest of the range, scaled for shared sessions.
Running cost + warm-up
Gas (Aurora R14S): ~£0.50-£0.80 per session, 15-20 min heat-up. Electric (Harvia 6.8kW): £1.75-£2.25 per 90-min session, 30 min heat-up. Electric 9kW: £2.50-£3.25 per session. Wood (Etna 12): £2-£4 hardwood logs.
Porch + clean architectural form
The 0.4m porch on the 2.4m cube does what the 2.4m barrel's porch does — a covered transition space at the door for boots, towels, cooling down. Paired with the cube format's straight-wall architectural silhouette, this is the standard 4-6 person outdoor sauna for buyers who want modern garden-building aesthetics rather than rustic barrel curves.
