Delivery explained in 60 seconds

Most large items (hot tubs, saunas, cold plunge tubs and heat pumps) are delivered by specialist freight.

Standard delivery is kerbside/pallet delivery — delivered to the nearest safe point at your property boundary. You’ll need to move it into position unless you choose a positioning service (where available).
Positioning means moving the unit into place (no electrics/plumbing).
Installation means connecting to services that are already prepared (your electrician/base must be ready).
Commissioning (where offered) includes basic setup and checks so it’s working correctly at handover.
Please check access before ordering (gate widths, steps, tight turns, gravel/soft ground, slopes). If access isn’t suitable, a delivery upgrade (and cost) may be required.
