Should I choose 13A plug & play or 32A hardwired?
13A plug & play runs off a standard outdoor socket with no electrician — ideal for first-timers and smaller tubs. 32A hardwired needs an electrician but gives stronger hydrotherapy and faster heat recovery, better for year-round use and larger tubs. Our 13A vs 32A guide explains the trade-off.
How much does a hot tub cost to run?

Do I need an electrician?
Only for 32A hardwired tubs, which need a dedicated circuit. 13A plug & play models just use a standard outdoor socket (ideally on their own RCD-protected supply).
What base does a hot tub need?
A flat, level, load-bearing base — a reinforced concrete pad, paving slabs on a proper sub-base, or a strong deck rated for the filled weight. A full tub of water and people is heavy, so the base matters.
How long does delivery take?
It varies by model and stock; we'll confirm a timescale when you order. Measure your access route before delivery day — gateways, passages and turns against the tub's dimensions.
