All prices shown on the website are in GBP (£) unless clearly stated otherwise.

We take reasonable care to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a clear pricing error before accepting your order, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.

Payment must be received before dispatch or booking of delivery.

Large items may require specialist freight, kerbside delivery, booking coordination, access checks and additional charges depending on product and postcode.

Because many Steam & Oak products are large specialist-delivery items, change-of-mind cancellations and returns may involve supplier, freight, collection or administrative charges where legally permitted and properly disclosed.
