FinSteam gas sauna heaters arrive ready to run on UK propane at 37 mbar (I3P spec) — but the regulator and hose are not supplied with the heater, and FinSteam confirm this is sourced locally to match each country's gas-bottle fittings. Buy this kit alongside your Botnia 81 or Aurora 81 and you're ready to light it the day stock arrives.

What's in the kit

• UK propane regulator, I3P 37 mbar (the FinSteam-specified pressure for propane operation)
• 27 mm clip-on connector — fits standard UK Calor 13 kg propane bottles (the most common UK domestic propane bottle for patio heaters, BBQs, sauna use)
• CE-marked gas hose, internal Ø ≥ 9 mm, suitable length for typical FinSteam installation (1.2-1.5 m)
• UK gas connection guide — short walk-through of the safe-setup sequence

Need a different connector?

If you're running a larger commercial propane bottle (POL connector, typical for 19-47 kg cylinders used in rental/hire businesses), get in touch — we'll spec the right kit before you order. Variants for larger bottle types will be added as we see demand.

Important

• This kit is for propane only. Do not use with butane or mixed-gas bottles — those are 30 mbar (I3B/P) and require a different regulator.
• For portable use (heater stands freestanding, bottle outside, connected like a patio heater), you can install the kit yourself per the FinSteam installation manual.
• For fixed installation (heater permanently mounted into a cabin), UK regulations require a Gas Safe registered engineer to make the connection.
