Heating system: The Bella 3 uses full spectrum infrared across near, mid and far wavelengths — a comfortable, well-rounded heat suitable for all experience levels. The Hekla IR160 uses a double halogen system for a significantly more intense output, preferred by those who want a deeper, more immersive experience.
