Retreat Infrared Sauna SRA200 | 2–3 Person Indoor Cabin
The Retreat Infrared Sauna (SRA200) is the larger sibling of the SRA100-A — same Canadian hemlock platform, same ozone sterilisation, same touch-panel control architecture, scaled to a true 2 to 3-person indoor cabin. It is designed for households that want shared infrared sessions to be the default mode, not a once-a-month event.
It is the right model for couples who occasionally include a third occupant, families integrating a teenager into a household recovery routine, or buyers with the indoor footprint to commit to a more substantial cabin build.
Cabin volume is a meaningful variable in shared infrared sessions: at three occupants the air can feel exhausted in a smaller cabin within 20 minutes, while a larger volume tolerates longer sessions with even radiant coverage and stable working temperature. The 160 × 120 × 200cm footprint sits squarely in that comfortable territory.
Build and material specification
The SRA200 uses the same Canadian hemlock interior as the SRA100-A — low resin, fine even grain, dimensionally stable at sustained session temperatures. The cabin footprint of 160 × 120 × 200cm gives meaningful additional internal volume for a third occupant or for two occupants who want a less constrained session. Designed for indoor installation only.
Hygiene, controls and atmosphere
The integrated ozone sterilisation cycle decomposes airborne and surface contaminants between sessions, which is more meaningful at this cabin size than in a smaller two-person cabin: more occupants and longer sessions mean more residual humidity and surface contact to manage. The touch-panel control system handles temperature, timer, lighting, and audio with one consistent interface across the larger cabin.
Lighting, audio and shared sessions
LED interior lighting supports atmosphere across longer evening sessions, and Bluetooth and USB audio connectivity allow direct streaming of music, podcasts, or guided breathwork from a phone or storage drive. For households running shared infrared sessions as part of a weekly recovery routine, the shared interface and audio integration meaningfully reduce friction at session start — one of the practical predictors of long-term use.
Delivery & site preparation
- Standard delivery: Free standard delivery is included.
- Delivery type: Sauna deliveries are usually specialist freight or booked delivery because of panel size and weight.
- Assembly & power: Infrared cabins are usually easier to site than traditional saunas, but you still need a suitable space and power supply ready before delivery. Most domestic models run from a standard UK 13A 3-pin socket; confirm the rating on the product specification before installing.
