What to Consider When Choosing a 1-Person Sauna

Infrared type: The Kajo 1 uses full spectrum infrared — near, mid and far wavelengths combined — ideal for those new to infrared and looking for a comfortable, even heat. The Moon 1 pairs the same low-temperature radiant approach with a curved hemlock shell and a more design-led finish.

Space: A 1-person cabin typically starts at around 900 × 900mm footprint. Measure your intended space carefully and allow clearance on all sides for ventilation.

Budget: Entry into this range starts at £1,395 for the Kajo 1, with the Holl’s Moon 1 from £3,444 — reflecting the step up in cabin design and finish.
