Colour lighting — and what it’s actually for

Every Kajo includes 10-colour LED lighting with adjustable brightness, set from the little handheld remote you’ll see in the photos. You’ll find this sold elsewhere as “chromotherapy”, usually with claims attached about sleep, mood or energy. We’ll be straight with you: the evidence for colour light therapy is thin, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise.
