Why the VX exists: it’s positioned as the “big gun” in this lineup — a 17kW unit intended for larger water volumes or owners who want faster recovery after use. It uses air-source technology to move heat from the outside air into your spa water, delivering more usable heat per unit of electricity than a standard resistance heater.

Top-discharge airflow. The VX discharges air upwards (top discharge), which changes clearance requirements. In practice, that can be helpful where side clearance is limited, but you must plan overhead space correctly.

Quiet, efficient ownership. The VX range is marketed with a maximum COP of 16 (manufacturer claim) and “ultra-silent” operation, aiming to reduce running costs while keeping your spa comfortably at temperature for more of the week — so you use it more often.
