Holl's Utopia 3 — 3-Person Indoor Traditional Steam Sauna

The Utopia 3 brings the full traditional steam ritual indoors — hot stones, a ladle of water, that first rush of löyly — in a footprint that fits a spare corner of a UK home. Behind the full-height glass front is a cabin of Grade A Canadian hemlock, chosen because it stays strong and resin-free at sauna temperatures, with deep abachi benches that stay gentle to the touch even at 90°C.

A proper steam sauna, not an approximation

The included 4.5kW Holl's electric heater sits over real lava stones, so you control the character of every session: leave it dry and Nordic, or pour water for soft, enveloping steam. Sessions run 65–90°C in the classic Finnish style — the kind of heat that loosens shoulders, opens skin and sets up the best sleep of your week.

Power and installation

The heater requires a dedicated hardwired supply installed by a qualified electrician — the same job as an electric shower. The cabin itself arrives as a precision-cut kit that two people assemble indoors; no plumbing is needed, ventilation is built in.
