Short answer: we don't run discount codes.
If you've landed here after searching for a Steam & Oak voucher code, you can stop looking — and we'd rather tell you that plainly than send you round in circles.
We don't do the thing most of this industry does: inflate a list price, then "discount" it back down to what we always intended to charge. There's no code to hunt for because there's no inflated price to knock off. What you see on the product page is what we sell it for.
That means the coupon sites ranking above us have nothing real to give you. They'll show expired codes, "up to 60% off" banners that lead nowhere, and a newsletter signup. We'd rather you spent that ten minutes talking to us about whether the tub actually fits your garden.
What about cashback sites?
You may see Steam & Oak listed on cashback or voucher sites. Our prices are identical wherever you arrive from — we don't set a higher price on our own site to fund a rebate somewhere else. Buying direct also means if something goes wrong, you're dealing with us, not a third party in the middle of the conversation.
We keep our prices keen year-round
We're one of the lowest-priced UK sellers on several ranges we carry, without running sales. What's included in the price
Worth knowing before you compare us to anyone else, because these are usually the hidden extras:
- Free standard delivery — included as standard on our products, not an add-on at checkout
- Heater included on most of our saunas (for example, the Hekla barrel and cube ranges ship with the Harvia heater in the price)
- Direct access to the founder — Sarb answers product questions, site surveys and orders personally. You're not routed through a call centre
- 14-day returns on large items, 30 days on small parcel accessories
Ways to spread the cost
Not a discount, but it's usually what people are really after:
- Klarna — spread the cost over time, chosen at checkout. Subject to status and eligibility, 18+, UK residents only

Where we'd rather save you money
The purchase price is the small number. Over five years, the running cost and a badly-fitted install cost more:
- Our sauna construction service (from £500) applies insulating paste between every panel as we build. Gaps are the single most common reason a sauna never gets properly hot and costs more to run — we've been called out more than once to re-fit saunas other installers left full of gaps. - Check your access before you order. Failed deliveries are chargeable and entirely avoidable. Email photos of the route and we'll tell you honestly what's needed

No. We don't run voucher codes. Our prices aren't inflated to allow for a discount, so the price on the product page is the price we sell at.
Is there Steam & Oak cashback?
You may see us listed on cashback or voucher sites. Our prices are the same wherever you arrive from, and buying direct means you deal with us if anything needs sorting.
Do you have sales or seasonal offers?
We don't run seasonal sales. Where a specific product is genuinely reduced — an ex-display unit or an end-of-line — it's shown on that product's own page.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. Klarna is available at checkout, subject to status and eligibility (18+, UK residents). Shop Pay is also available.
Is delivery really free?
Free standard delivery is included on our products. Positioning, installation and commissioning are optional paid upgrades (£50 / £150 / £350 depending on level) where offered, and are shown on the product page or confirmed before booking.
