Collection: Indoor Infrared Saunas
Indoor Infrared Saunas — UK
Infrared saunas heat your body directly with low-temperature light rather than heating the room. That makes most of them plug-and-play on a normal 13A socket, faster to warm (typically 10–15 minutes), and cheaper to run than traditional saunas — about £0.60–£0.90 per session at 30p/kWh.
The range below covers 1 to 6 person cabins built for UK indoor placement — spare rooms, garden offices, basement corners. All ship with UK-spec power leads, warranty included, free UK delivery.

Infrared Sauna FAQs
How much does an infrared sauna cost to run?
Around £0.60–£0.90 per 30-minute session at 30p/kWh. Infrared saunas heat your body directly rather than the whole room, so they draw less power and warm up in 10–15 minutes — cheaper to run than a traditional sauna.
Do infrared saunas need special wiring?
Most do not. The compact cabins in this range — the Kajo models, Moon 1 and 2, Canopée 2 and the Purewave Evo range — run from a standard UK 13A socket on a suitable circuit. The larger cabins are different: the Anvil 3, Moon 4, Canopée 6 and Symbioz Hybrid all draw more than 3kW and need a dedicated hardwired supply fitted by a qualified electrician. Each product page states which applies, and we'll confirm it with you before you order.
What size infrared sauna do I need?
1-person cabins suit a corner or solo use and warm up fastest; 2-person models give couples (or one person with stretch room) more space; 3-person cabins suit small-group sessions and need a larger footprint; 4 and 6-person cabins are family-scale rooms that need a dedicated supply. Sizes covered in this range are 1 to 6 person.
Are infrared saunas worth it?
For UK homes they're among the easiest saunas to own — the compact cabins are plug-and-play, with low running cost and fast warm-up, and they fit indoors in a spare room, garden office or basement. If you want traditional water-on-stones heat and higher temperatures, see our Indoor Traditional Saunas instead.
Infrared vs traditional sauna — which is better?
Infrared heats your body directly at lower air temperatures (45–60°C) and is cheaper to run; traditional saunas heat the air to 70–90°C for the classic high-heat, löyly experience. Full comparison in our Infrared vs Traditional Sauna guide.
