Wood-fired hot tubs — no electricity at all
New to the range, and the option most UK retailers do not offer: a wood-fired hot tub heats the water with a stove rather than an element. No pump, no control panel, no electrician, and nothing to run when the tub is idle.
That matters in two ways. A conventional spa needs a dedicated supply — commonly £400–£1,200 for a garden circuit before you have bought the tub. And an electric tub costs roughly £40–£80 a month to hold at temperature whether you use it or not, where a wood-fired tub costs a few pounds of logs per session and nothing at all in between.
The honest trade-off is time: you light it one to four hours ahead depending on size, rather than stepping into hot water on a whim.

Should I choose 13A plug & play or 32A hardwired?

How much does a hot tub cost to run?

Do I need an electrician?

What base does a hot tub need?
A flat, level, load-bearing base — a reinforced concrete pad, paving slabs on a proper sub-base, or a strong deck rated for the filled weight. A full tub of water and people is heavy, so the base matters.
How long does delivery take?
It varies by model and stock; we'll confirm a timescale when you order. Measure your access route before delivery day — gateways, passages and turns against the tub's dimensions.
