InvigorIce Storm | Hot & Cold Therapy Tub with Hydrotherapy Jets
The InvigorIce Storm is a hot and cold therapy tub built around a single design priority: removing friction from cold immersion. Built-in chiller to 3°C, hydrotherapy jets, circulation pump, ozone water care, layered LED lighting, and an included pillow — together turning a 3-minute plunge into a deliberate sensory routine rather than a chore.
It is the right model for buyers who want a more spa-grade experience than a stripped-down ice bath while keeping the footprint compact enough for real-life domestic placement.
Cold immersion is easy to talk about and hard to make habitual. The barrier is rarely motivation — it is the operational friction between deciding to plunge and actually being submerged. The Storm collapses that gap: built-in chiller (no ice runs), hose drain (no manual emptying), ozone water care (no chemistry), and a comfort-led interior (pillow, lighting, jets) that makes longer working-up-to-protocol sessions tolerable rather than endured.
Chiller, jets and temperature range
The integrated chiller takes the water down to 3°C with no ice required, supported by hydrotherapy jets and a circulation pump that actively disrupt the thermal boundary layer around stationary skin. The Storm also supports gentle warm-water sessions, making it a flexible hot and cold therapy setup for year-round use — colder sessions for summer mornings, warmer sessions for winter evenings, or contrast cycles when the protocol calls for it.
Lighting, comfort and atmosphere
Layered lighting — an underwater lamp plus 10 waterline and corner LEDs — turns the cabin from kit into installation. The lighting matters operationally too: dim ambient light at session start helps regulate the autonomic response that cold immersion provokes, especially for users still building tolerance. An included pillow makes longer sessions tolerable when working up to a personal protocol target, rather than forcing endurance posture from session one.
Water care and ownership
Ozone water treatment paired with a hair-clog filter handles the ongoing hygiene work — ozone oxidises organic contaminants, the filter handles particulate, and the routine stays predictable across daily use. Cabin dimensions are 1815mm × 845mm × 740mm; available in multiple colour options. Designed for indoor or outdoor placement. Cover when not in use, run a simple weekly clean cycle, and the tub stays session-ready.
Delivery & site preparation
- Standard delivery: Free standard delivery is included.
- Delivery type: Cold tub deliveries are usually specialist freight or booked delivery because of size and weight.
- Floor loading: When filled, a cold tub is significantly heavier than its dry weight — confirm that the placement surface (patio, deck, gym floor) can support the loaded weight before delivery.
- Power: This model runs from a UK 13A 3-pin socket (confirm rating on the product specification). Confirm the supply is in the correct position before delivery.
- Drainage: Cold tubs drain via hose pipe connection; site near a suitable drain point or an open garden where drained water can run off without nuisance.
- Setup & commissioning: Setup and commissioning is not included unless clearly stated on the product page. Check access (doorways, gates, turning areas) before ordering.
