Hekla CUBE 210 | 4-Person Modern Outdoor Cube Sauna

The Hekla CUBE 210 is a 4-person outdoor cube sauna designed for couples who want extra space and small families who want a real shared wellness routine. The cube silhouette reads as architecture rather than garden ornament — clean lines, warm Nordic timber, and a full glass front that keeps the cabin bright through the day and frames the garden at dusk.

It is the most popular size in the CUBE range for a reason: the 4-person footprint accommodates a couple in real comfort, two friends post-training, or a small family weekend session, without committing to the larger 250 footprint or the install costs that come with it.

Cube geometry is not just aesthetic — the right-angled walls and consistent cabin volume support even heat circulation, so the cabin warms uniformly rather than stratifying into hot pockets near the heater. Combined with the half panoramic window at the rear, the result is a session that feels open and bright while still cocooned in working sauna heat.

Build, durability and weather resistance

The CUBE 210 is built from 40mm Thermowood — thermally modified Nordic spruce that has been heat-treated to drive out resin and reduce equilibrium moisture content. The result is a cabin that is more dimensionally stable outdoors and more resistant to rot, warp and insect damage than untreated softwood, while remaining 100% natural and chemical-free. Sourced from responsibly managed European forests.

Interior layout and atmosphere

Inside, aspen benches sit kindly against skin at high cabin temperatures and resist staining over years of use. Thermo-aspen duckboard flooring underfoot stays stable at high humidity. The full glass front and half panoramic window admit light from two directions, while integrated LED lighting shifts the cabin from energising daytime to deep-relaxation evening atmosphere at the flick of a switch.

Heater choice and configuration

Heater is configured at order. A Harvia electric heater gives push-button reliability and the kind of low-friction ownership that turns a daily 20-minute session into a sustainable habit. A wood-burning stove gives the traditional Finnish atmosphere — the gentle crackle, the flame behind glass, the slower rhythm — at the cost of a small ongoing fuel and ash management overhead. Either route delivers a serious sauna; the choice is about how you want to live with the cabin.

Delivery & site preparation

  • Standard delivery: Free standard delivery is included.
  • Delivery type: Sauna deliveries are usually specialist freight or booked delivery because of panel size and weight.
  • Site preparation: Outdoor saunas need a suitable, level base ready before delivery.
  • Heater & electrical: A qualified electrician must connect electric heaters before first use. Most 6kW–9kW sauna heaters require a dedicated 32A single-phase or 16A 3-phase supply. Wood-burning configurations require a compliant flue and clearance to combustibles per the manufacturer specification.
  • Installation tier: select your preferred installation option from the product menu at checkout.
