The Salo is a real Finnish indoor sauna designed for couples and singles who want the proper bathing experience — dry heat from heated stones, water thrown on for löyly, the burst of steam that defines traditional sauna. No infrared shortcuts, no electric panel imitations.

The Crystal Culture Stone exterior gives the cabin a modern, finished look that sits well in basements, utility rooms, garden offices, and indoor wellness spaces. Two-person interior layout fits couples comfortably or gives a solo user room to stretch out and recline.

Running cost + warm-up (the question buyers ask first)

Salo is built around a 6kW traditional electric stove. Run cost at 30p/kWh is typically £1.75–£2.25 per 90-minute session — not the "very expensive" cost people assume before doing the math. Warm-up takes around 30–45 minutes from cold to working temperature (80–90°C).

Why "real Finnish" matters
