Chill Tub Lite | Compact 1-Person Cold Plunge with Wi-Fi Control

The Chill Tub Lite is the entry point into the Chill Tub range — lighter, more compact, and built for buyers who want serious cold-water therapy without committing to the larger Original or Pro footprint. 85kg dry weight, 13A plug-and-play, Wi-Fi touchscreen control, and the same 3°C chill performance as the rest of the range.

It is the right model for newcomers to cold-water therapy, busy people building cold immersion into a daily routine, and households where cabin footprint is the binding constraint.

Cold-water therapy works on repetition. The benefits — sympathetic nervous system response, post-immersion vasodilation, the cumulative effect on stress tolerance — only compound if you actually get into the tub regularly. The Lite is engineered around that fact: low setup friction (plug into 13A and run), low ownership friction (Wi-Fi control, ozone water care, anti-freeze for outdoor placement), and a footprint that does not dominate a room.

Chiller and Wi-Fi control

The integrated chiller takes the tub down to 3°C from a standard UK 13A socket — no ice, no manual cooling cycles. The Wi-Fi touchscreen handles temperature setting, timer, and system status, with phone-side control for setting up a session before you walk to the tub. The combination materially shortens the path from "I should plunge" to "I am plunging".

Cabin construction and footprint

At 85kg dry, the Lite is significantly lighter than the Original (125kg) or Pro (220kg) — meaningful when the placement is on a deck, mezzanine, or inside a home rather than on a concrete pad. Footprint dimensions are 750 × 1150 × 1790 × 755mm. Sleek silhouette designed for indoor or outdoor placement; outdoor running is supported through the anti-freeze function on the chiller hardware.

Water care and ownership

Built-in ozone with filtration cycle handles the ongoing water hygiene — ozone oxidises organic contaminants, the filter handles particulate, and the maintenance routine stays predictable across the year. A free insulated cover ships with the tub for thermal stability when not in use, and the anti-freeze function helps prevent ice or frost build-up on the chiller during cold weather. Drain is via hose pipe connection.

Delivery & site preparation

  • Standard delivery: Free standard delivery is included.
  • Delivery type: Cold tub deliveries are usually specialist freight or booked delivery because of size and weight.
  • Floor loading: When filled, a cold tub is significantly heavier than its dry weight — confirm that the placement surface (patio, deck, gym floor) can support the loaded weight before delivery.
  • Power: This model runs from a UK 13A 3-pin socket. Confirm the supply is in the correct position before delivery.
  • Drainage: Cold tubs drain via hose pipe connection; site near a suitable drain point or an open garden where drained water can run off without nuisance.
  • Setup & commissioning: Setup and commissioning is not included unless clearly stated on the product page. Check access (doorways, gates, turning areas) before ordering.
