What to Consider When Choosing a 1-Person Sauna

Infrared type: The Bella 1 uses full spectrum infrared — near, mid and far wavelengths combined — ideal for those new to infrared and looking for a comfortable, even heat. The Hekla IR100 uses a hybrid carbon and halogen system, producing a more intense radiant warmth preferred by experienced sauna users.

Space: A 1-person cabin typically starts at around 900 × 900mm footprint. Measure your intended space carefully and allow clearance on all sides for ventilation.
